Overhead Mobility - Lat and Teres Major Active Foam Rolling

- Stand at wall with trunk to 45 degree angle
- Lie on foam roller at 45 degree angle, with roller placed just inside of shoulder blade on lat soft tissue
- Lean into foam roller gently, and while moving up and down with body slowly raise arm into elevation 10 times
- repeat on both sides. Can also be done with ball on various spots around shoulder that are stiff
