Field Trip #20. ShinRin-Yoku (Forest Bathing) and Japanese Tea Ceremony on Wednesday, May 10th, 2023 in Dane County
Rejuvenate your energy and attitude as we practice Forest Bathing, or Shinrin-Yoku as the practice is known in Japan. Using all your senses, take time to appreciate the healing qualities of nature as we wander through fields and woods awash in spring blooms. Find community with nature and new friends while enjoying a traditional Japanese tea ceremony and a bit of food shared around a fire as dusk arrives.
Thank you to Field Trip leaders Mary Binkley and Sumire Kawamoto Williams and all Field Trip attendees for participating.
