Mayor Eric Adams is calling on state lawmakers to hold an emergency session to examine the state's bail laws after a video surfaced showing teens brutally brawling with NYPD cops in a subway station. The video shows one teen punching an officer and putting him in a headlock. Police say the teens flew into a rage after the cops asked them to leave the subway when they jumped the turnstile.
