It is a poorly narrated PowerPoint presentation about my newly proposed solution for the San Francisco casque/jewel (Image 1 and Verse 7). I apologize in advance for the overall quality of the video as it is my 1st attempt ever at YouTubing.
Please note: I have already submitted my "dig permit" to the Nation Park Service (NPS) even though my odds of being granted a permit are next to zero. That said, the NPS has made it clear that unpermitted digging is a federal offense.
