This is demonstrated on a 2011 Rolls-Royce Ghost. The "new" center caps are different from the "original" design as found on the earlier Phantoms. The earlier caps had a spring loaded center. To remove, one pushed in the center, the cap popped out. These later caps require a SUCTION CUP to remove. The new design and the old design both fit on the same wheels, and the old design is not made anymore.
