In this video I take you along on my Spring Foraging and show you my favourite Wild Edibles of the Nordic spring. This season is truly abundant, and all the vibrant green colours, the bright nights, the overflowing waterfalls and the loud birdsong make this the most intense season of the year here in Norway. At least in my opinion.
I have also started to experiment a little with some new ideas I have for Simple WILD FOOD RECIPES. And I share two of them here with you:
