New in patch 2.0 is a barrier over the tree previously used to get up to the penthouse. This shows an alternate route. Note that the new iconic knife Nehan can only be looted from Saboru if you haven’t already looted the dog tag from him previously. Also, the cars do not spawn the same way so you may need to call one from a few different locations to get it inside the plaza.
