In this Video, learn how to make famous Amritsari Lassi, that is a chilled refreshing healthy drink for summers.

Ingredients :

Curd : 1 litre(preferably chilled thick homemade curd)
Sugar : 1/2 cup (add more or less as per taste)
Pistachio : 1 tbsp
Almonds : 1/2 tbsp(soaked overnight or blanched,and peeled)
Saffron : 10-12 strands
Cardamom powder : 1 tsp
1 tsp warm water for soaking saffron
