Thanks to Robert Nicholas for some more strategy that one can employ:

"1. Use Jacob - not Edward :) Equip worst gun. Melee weapon is not important (you don't have to wield a cane).
2. Warp to Buckingham Palace
3. Head to first guard, agro him (bump him or he will already be agro).
4. * ENSURE you are within a few feet of him, not too close that he will melee you but not too far away that Jacob will dodge the shot * This is really important.
5. Wait for triangle to appear above Jacob.
6. Press triangle. Repeat til guard is dead (two shots typically). You get two points towards the trophy and 1 point towards the Countershot perk. Like the video says, if you did it right, your ammo does not go down. If you mess up, its no biggy, just keep trying.
7. Repeat for next 3 guards that are on the Palace roof.
8. Warp back to Buckingham Palace and repeat. Should take about 15-20 minutes. Waiting for them to respawn is a waste of time - just warp back."
