This is a special masala which is sold in Kolkata as Muri Masala and is used in making many Chaats like Jhal Muri, Puchka, Chumur, Ghugni. It has a spicy ans tangy tastes which makes it best to enhance the flavor of any Chaat. It can be stored for minimum 2-3 months in air tight container.

4 Bay Leaves (Tej Patta)
8-10 Cloves (Laung)
16-17 Black Pepper Corns (Kal Mirch)
5-6 Dried Red Chilies (Sukhi Lala Mirch)
1/2 tsp Black Salt (Kala Namak)
1 tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
4 tsp Coriander Seeds (Sabut Dhaniya)
1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds (Methidana)
