Florida's permit less carry law is in effects which means residents no longer have to take a safety course and get a permit to carry a concealed weapon. While firearms are perfectly safe when handled with proper care, attention, and education, they can obviously pose a danger to those using them and anyone around them if mishandled. The Polk County Sheriff's Office offers its firearms safety course once a month. It costs $45 to participate and the proceeds go to Polk Sheriff's Charities. For information on frequently asked questions about conceal carry, or permit less carry, or to register for the firearms Safety course, check out the Sheriffs office website at polksheriff.org #shorts #polkcounty #pgtv #guncontrol #ccw #2ndamendment #police #sheriff #gradyjudd #guns #floridagunrights #americansheriff
