These are highlights from the November 2019 mission trip to Guatemala. Beautiful country and people.

The doctors and staff of North Idaho Eye are proud to sponsor and support the volunteer work of the International Eye Institute (IEI), a non-profit 501c3 corporation. We have been providing pro bono medical and surgical eye care to under-served people in developing countries around the globe since 1991.

Our work has taken us to Mexico, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Honduras, Peru, India, China, and Ghana. Having treated thousands of patients for conditions ranging from crossed eyes, to glaucoma, to blindness from cataracts, we consider it a privilege to be able to share our time, energy, talents, and money to provide this important service to people who otherwise would not have access to such care.
