In this video I am going to share what an incredible positive effect the Dr. Joe Dispenza Breath on my life has had in the last 365 days. One year ago I started with a challenge to learn to really get the Joe Dispenza breathing technique under control and it ended up in a 365 days experience that has changed my life!
It has not only has an amazing affect on my general wellbeing but I also came in contact with very mystical moments, that have changed my view on reality. Curtain things kept coming back and in this video I will share the things that mostly happened.
When you do the breath you will heal a lot of traumas and start feeling much more inner peace and self love.

I love doing it after a short workout or right after a walking- or sitting meditation, because I have the feeling that our energy flow is very strong at these moments.
