🔷INGREDIENTS :
Mutton chops/chaap-750gm
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2Tb
Garam masala powder - 1/4th tsp
Salt-1/2tsp
MARINATION:
Curds-1cup(150gm)
All purpose flour /maida - 2Tb
Gram flour /besan - 2Tb
Garlic and green chillies paste(hara masala) - 1tsp
Red chilli powder - 2tsp
Salt to taste
Chaat masala-1/2tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/4th tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1/2tsp
Red food colour a pinch (optional)
Oil for deep frying

🔷METHOD :
1.In a pressure cooker put mutton chops then add Ginger garlic paste, Turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt to taste and then pressure cook for 4-5whistles first on slow flame for 5mins and then rest on med flame or until chops turns tender.
2.Now time to prepare marination in a mixing bowl take Curds, All purpose flour /maida, Gram flour /besan, Garlic and green chillies paste(hara masala), Red chilli powder, Salt to taste, Chaat masala, Garam masala powder, Roasted cumin powder
Red food colour a pinch (optional) and mix well.
3.Now add pressure cooked mutton chops to the prepared marination and gently mix it with the marination.
4.Heat oil in a non-stick kadhai, add marinated Mutton chops one by one to it, don't overlap and let them cook on med flame for 5mins and then on high flame till it turns crispy on both the sides.
5.Remove on an absorbent paper to drain the excessive oil.
6.Serve hot with lemon wedges.
