Small frames on the internet sometimes frame our own views and get caught in two choices: good or bad, but we often only see a small part.

If you choose the good aspects, you will gain better strength from the good aspects, and you will be happier. Although it is unlikely and not so easy to only look at the good aspects, it is better to be simple.

"Good" or "bad" seems to be two choices, but there is actually a third choice, that is, don't look at either good or bad.

I think I can make myself better and happier by choosing an optimistic direction or not looking at it if I don't like it.
