Ingredients:
1/2 cup raw cashews (pre-soaked in water or boiled in water for 12 minutes - omit these steps if you have a high powered blender)
1/3 cup water
The juice of 1/2 a lemon
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, peeled
1/4 teaspoon kala namak salt (black Indian salt)
1/2 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt (I use iodized salt)
A few cracks of black pepper
