This video demonstrate the office-based probing technique for unilateral congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction (CNLDO) in a 10-month-old child. This case was performed using topical conjunctival anesthesia and infant restraint. Use of McIntyre lacrimal cannula on a saline solution syringe. Although unilateral nasolacrimal duct obstruction often resolves without surgery, immediate office probing is an effective and potentially cost-saving treatment option. Parental consent was obtained before submitting this video.
