Here we’ll detail the steps on applying RockTape Kinesiology Tape to the wrist. This application is a simple and effective way to reduce pain and provide support.
Start with our standard 2 inch tape and measure from palm to mid-wrist.
Measure a second strip around the wrist leaving a half inch between the ends.
Round the tape’s corners to avoid catching on gear or clothing.
Palm facing up, stretch the skin by extending the wrist, fingers pointing down.
With the first strip, tear an end then anchor to the base of the palm. Pull away the release paper applying the tape over the wrist and forearm with no stretch. Rub to activate the adhesive.
For the second strip, tear the center of the release paper to expose the adhesive. With slight stretch, apply the tape to the wrist and lay down the ends with no stretch. Rub to activate the adhesive.
