'City of Gardens' is a scenario from Cities: Skylines' DLC, Green Cities. I aim to achieve all goals while not only maintaining a functional city but also making it attractive and aesthetically pleasing. This series is played without any mods.
Main DLCs installed: Green Cities, After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit.
