Pleased to share this delicious, quick, easy and simple gluten free scone recipe with you all! It is free from dairy, eggs, gluten and nuts, so it is perfect to share with everyone at morning tea! Hope you enjoy and comment if you give it a try!

Recipe;
- 2 cups gluten free self raising flour
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup lemonade or soda water
- pinch of salt
- coconut milk to brush
Preheat the oven to 220C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Combine the flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Next, add the cream and lemonade and mix to form a soft dough. Dust a surface with gluten free flour and roll out the dough into a log shape. Then cut the dough into scones of about 6cm and 2cm thick. Brush the top of the scones with coconut milk to get a golden crust. Bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned. Best served with jam and vegan cream. Enjoy!
