Journaling has been a CRITICAL part of my personal growth, sobriety, and mental health journey. I began journaling when I was at a very low point in life and I can confidently say it helped pull me out of that rut and many more after. In this video, I share my specific morning journaling routine and evening journaling routine. I also share some of my favorite journaling exercises and tips for those new to journaling or who want to start journaling.
