This is my opinion on what to use in a bathroom or shower room or toilet I opinion is normal plasterboard is fine I’ve been using it for the last 26 years and I have never ever had a problem. It all comes down to the finishing product that you are using on top of whatever board you have decided to use, in your bathroom shower toilet. If you have not finished it properly you will have issues regardless of what board you have used. Watch the video I explain in detail my views on what board anybody could use.
