Not a lot of videos online show you the combo of MythTV Leanfront and the Amazon Firestick 4K, but this is the greatest combo for MythTV: the device is cheap, always on, low power consumption, and can play 4k HEVC files as well as pretty much anything else you can throw at it. You can also use Kodi to play MythTV content put I don't find that skipping forward works as well, plus there is more that you can do with the Leanfront interface.
