Birthday workout wohoooo! This is a quick pilates INTENSE ABS and a booty pump workout! We mainly target the ABS here, and a bit of booty! For this one you definitely need a stability ball or you could also use a TRX for these exercises! It is definitely a burn, I am just letting you know in advance hehe this routine is intermediate to advanced!
