FISH ROE RECIPE - FRIED FISH EGGS
INGREDIENTS:
1. FISH EGG 500 gms
2. GREEN CHILLI 50 gms
3. TOMATO 150 gms (2 nos)
4. GARLIC CHIVES 150 gms
5. ONION 50 gms (2 nos)
6. SALT 1 Teaspoon
7. TURMERIC POWDER ½ Teaspoon
8. GINGER-GARLIC PASTE 1 Teaspoon
9. COOKING OIL 50 ml
COOKING METHOD:
Preparation:
Finely Chopped Onion, green chilli, Chives, Tomato
Mince Fish Roe
1. On 50 ml of cooking oil, add chopped onion and fry for 10 minutes or till it turns slightly brown.
2. Then add ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chilli (half portion), tomato, turmeric powder and salt.
3. Cooked it with closed lid for 5 minutes.
4. Then add remaining portion of green chilli and chives. Stir and cooked it with closed lid for further few minutes to soften green chives.
5. Add Fish roe and stir continuously, cooking till it clumps.
6. Ready to serve for 10 persons.
