Well I don´t know about worlds smallest FM transmitter circuit but definitely guaranteed the smallest handmade by an individual on YouTube.
Its NOT a complete spy bug since there is no microphone on it since I have not found one small enough yet, so this is only the circuit! I only made it as fun test to challenge my special soldering skills but some people didn´t believe that I had made an FM transmitter this small so I put it up on YouTube.
I will put a mic on it as soon as I find one equally small, which I haven't done yet, to say that it´s also the smallest surveillance bug on the entire Youtube, now its "only" the smallest circuit to it. But there is also proof that this small circuit work in the end.
I have not been able to find any hand soldered smaller FM transmitter circuit with this many components on this scale, or even less components for that sake, so I then thought I could upload the very first.
To comparison so is the entire transmitter slightly smaller then the flat surface of a TO-92 transistor and It is built with 9 components all SMD 0603. The schematic is based of the standard one in the link below:

It took many hours to build and I used a soldering iron with a huge 0.9 mm soldering tip since I didn´t have anything smaller back then but it worked just fine with patience and concentration.
No microscope, loupe or similar was used to build it I since I'm nearsighted, only occasionally used a loupe to confirm soldering if needed since it would otherwise just have been in the way when soldering.
