Eydis Fire-Eye has a contract to deal with egg poachers at the Shulk Egg Mine. To get to the Shulk Egg Mine, exit Balmora and follow the Odai river. Eventually, you will see a bridge. Don't cross the bridge! The egg mine will be on the right just before the bridge.
