Panna cotta recipe
- 300ml of milk
- 100ml of heavy cream
- 50ml of amaretto
- 40g of maple syrup
- 4 sheets of gelatine
Almond crumble
- 75g of sugar
- 30g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 100g of almonds
- pinch of baking soda
