Kryeministrat e Kosovës dhe Serbisë, Hashim Thaçi e Ivica Daçiç, vijojnë sot në Bruksel raundin e radhës së bisedimeve me ndërmjetësimin e shefes së diplomacisë europiane, Ketrin Eshton. Zbatimi i marrëveshjeve të deritashme, diskutimi për organizimin e zgjedhjeve lokale, me theks të veçantë në komunat në veri të Kosovës, si dhe ngritja e bashkësisë së komunave serbe, pritet të dominojnë takimin e sotëm. Në axhendë është edhe çështja e telekomit dhe energjetikës. Para nisjes së takimit, Thaçi ka ofruar propozimin e tij për çështjen e telekomit. Sipas Thaçit, meqë nuk është anëtare e OKB-së, Kosova mund të marrë prefiksin 00383 nga një vend tjetër europian, i cili do të aplikonte për këtë tek Unioni Ndërkombëtar i Telekomunikacionit dhe më pas do t'ia jepte këtë kod shtetit të ri.
Prime Ministers of Serbia and Kosovo, Hashim Thaci and Ivica Dacic, in Brussels today following the next round of talks brokered by the chief of European diplomacy, Catherine Ashton. Implementation of the agreements so far, the discussion on the organization of local elections, with particular emphasis on municipalities in northern Kosovo and the establishment of community Serbian municipalities are expected to dominate today's meeting. On the agenda is the issue of telecom and energy. Prior to the meeting, the Minister has offered his proposal for issue of telecom. According to Thaci, since it is not a member of the UN, Kosovo can prefix 00383 from another European country, which would apply this to the International Telecommunication Union and later would give the new state code.
