In this video we will do a sound test with a newly installed Flowmaster FX muffler on a 1989 chevy k1500 with the 5.7L. This is a single 2.5 inch inlet and single 2.5 inch outlet with no cat and side exit behind the wheel. I can tell you the drone inside the cab is
100% gone. It sounds great when driving but without the stupid in cab noise. This will apply to the 1988-1998 chevy pickup truck.
