Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says, in addition to its war on Ukraine, Russia is trying to "weaponize" things like the global food and energy supply to create broader disruption.

"The aggressor is weaponizing many other things and those things are used not only against our country but against all of yours as well," Zelenskyy told the UN General Assembly.
