Erik tells about
* Living in fear and eating all the healthy stuff, including minerals and vitamins might not be so healthy - as
* Living in faith to the bodys ability to cope with, not always necessarily having the best food, but being full of faith and joy.
He recommend living i faith instead of getting trapped in a "I MUST DO THIS IN ORDER TO STAY HEALTHY" prisson. Also he points out to actually challenge the body, changing habits, changing eating patterns, fasting patterns, training pattern - and not always giving it super food so the body sometimes need to work harder to get what it needs.
He also gives a list of what could be a called a core, or shortlist of basic vitamins and minerals compensating for food that is generally low on these healthy and important ingrediens, as follows:
* Super magnesium including all 3 types of magnesium (Glycinate for joints and sleep, L-Threonate especially for the brain, Magnesium Citrate for slow digestion) where some good blending is also including C vitamin. You do not need Magnesium Oxide.
* D3, K2 (K2 "7" which is the form of K2 that is most easy for the body to absorb)
* Zink
* B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 Methyl
And he warns about the wrong B12 CYANO which is a short version of cyanide which is actually poison to your body. Synthetic vitamins where especially B12 synthetic "CYANO" cobalamin B12 actually is very harmful insted of the natural Methyl cobalamin that i very beneficial and important for your body. Also look out for the name Maltodextrin which is a very bad ingrediency especially for people that is struggling with diabetes.
* Castor Oil on your skin on sore muscles and pain areas. Do not consume this oil, only for external use. It is not good for your clothes.
