Japanese police have identified the man suspected of torching an animation studio in Kyoto. Shinji Aoba, 41, is believed to have planned the attack. Witnesses said he shouted he had been plagiarised as he set fire to the three-storey building. At least 33 people died in the attack, making it the worst mass killing in Japan's postwar era.
