One Yoga Mudra can help in digesting food. Sometimes when it comes to the digestive system, we only think about the fire element.
However, we underestimate the air element, which is very important for passing the digested food into our other organs that are responsible for absorbing nutrients and supplying them to different parts of the body. In this video, I'm explaining a Mudhra called Sochi Mudra, which can help activate the air element to perform its responsible work.
This simple gesture helps to stimulate the air element in our digestive system, promoting better digestion and nutrient absorption. By practicing Sochi Mudra regularly, we can enhance the efficiency of our digestive system and improve overall health. Additionally, this Mudhra also helps to alleviate gas and bloating, providing relief from digestive discomfort.
