On June 6, 2020, Purdue University Global graduates from around the world participated in a virtual graduation ceremony. Each participating graduate received a Purdue Global virtual reality headset to enhance their 360-degree experience of the ceremony, from processing into the theater to taking that virtual step to cross the stage. Graduates’ names and degree were announced as their photos and hometowns were displayed on the screen.
