This video explains how to remove and replace the bearings from a BSA30 bottom bracket cup. This process will also work for any other sized BSA bottom bracket cup, with the right sized tools. Doing it this way avoid punching out the bearing with a slide hammer which can possibly cause damage to the cups and definitely will damage the bearing itself. This will work on Rotor BSA30, Hope BSA30, Wheelsmfg BSA30, and all other BSA and BSA30 BB's.
