so i love cooking. i also love japanese knives as well.
i knew that if i was only able to bring back one thing from this trip it was going to be a japanese knife haha
Kappabashi street is known to be one of the worlds largest area for kitchenware so it was definitely on my radar. with import taxes and fakes, its very hard to find a decent japanese knife in the states for a fair price.
i already have a chefs knife so i knew that if i wanted to complete the collection, next in line would be a vegetable knife :)
