Automatic mode allows creating filenames using pattern of tag values, such as Track# - Artist - Title. We recommend batch automatic renaming only after verification of corresponding audio metadata, such as Track #, Artist, Title, Album Artist, Album, Year.
Renaming in Automatic Mode
1. Select a single cell, few cells or entire File Name column.
2. Press Shift+Enter or click on the circle with three dots to open Name Options contextual menu.
3. Choose values of which filename should consist of and symbols which should separate the tags in the Name Options menu .
4. Press Enter key or click Rename to apply changes to the selected cells.
5. Press Option+S to save selected changes or revert them using Option+Z keys.
