RET025664B-CTP is a dot matrix 256x64 COF graphic type OLED display with capacitive touchscreen. The capacitive touch panel has built-in IC FT6336U, supporting 1-point touch. The size of the active area is 3.12” diagonal with module dimension 89.2x29 mm. This 3.12 inches OLED module has built-in IC SSD1322, and boasts high contrast ratio 10,000 : 1. There are many interface options to choose from, including 8-bit 6800 / 8080, 4 line / 3 line SPI, I2C interface.
Logic supply voltage ranges from 2.8V-3.3V, the typical value is 3V. The available emitting colors are white, yellow, green, sky blue and support grayscale.
