Quick for fun video as this is a straight lost against the secret battle with Shin Akuma / Gouki worth watching alone for the hilariously badly spelled dialogue. We where just going to scrap this footage but decided not to in the end. Incredibly cheap secret boss fight he has some of the highest priority in the game and can chain specials together not to mention he does much higher damage than other characters. Riven who did the fight was rather out of practice and gets utterly beaten. The later Saturn release of Alpha 2 (Gold, Dash, Zero Alpha, whatever you call it) from the Street Fighter Collection includes a mode where you can face off against him.
To fight Shin Akuma / Gouki, you must never lose a round on one credit, get three perfect matches or higher, five super combos or custom combos before the final boss, you will have to defeat your mid-boss as well. Player one, must also choose their colour with a Punch button and player two must choose their colour with a Kick button. If done correctly Skin Akuma will replace your normal boss and you cannot rematch him if you lose and continue.
Street Fighter Alpha 2 is also available on PlayStation 1 and PSN, it is included on the Street Fighter Alpha Anthology for PlayStation 2. The game was also ported to Super Nintendo in a cut down port and that version is also available for download on Wii U virtual Console, there is also a PC release from 1997. The Street Fighter Collection on Sega Saturn includes Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold which includes a number of extra characters including Cammy.
