Perfect: Indicates an action that has been completed at some point before another time (past, present, or future). (e.g., eaten, had eaten, will have eaten)
Perfect Continuous: Shows an action that began in the past and continues up to the present moment, or a future point in time. (e.g., been eating, had been eating, will have been eating)
