In this video I demo my Moog MF Trem, their compact analog tremolo pedal. I show it's standard use as a sine wave tremolo, as well as a few additional features not normally seen on tremolo pedals. The song I play throughout the demo is "Rake" by Townes Van Zandt.
Afterwards, I open the pedal up and briefly look inside to show what sort of components were used.
To record the pedal demo portion, I used a Squier Vintage Modified Jazzmaster and Fender Super 210 with Jensen C10Q speakers.
A Shure SM57 modded w/o transformer and a modded MXL R40 Ribbon were used for Mid/Side stereo, into a Capi VP26 and Golden Age 573 mkII, respectively.
An Apollo Twin and Ableton Live were the interface and DAW. No plugins were used outside of hard limiters and a sidechained compressor to mute the voiceover when the guitar was being used.
