Guacamole Recipe
3 Avocados (we used 5 petite avocados for this make)
1/2 red onion - diced
2 roma tomatoes - diced
3 tbs chopped cilantro
2 garlic cloves - minced
2 tbs lime juice
1/2 tsp sea salt
In a medium/large bowl, combine diced onion, roma tomatoes, cilantro and garlic. Cut open avocados and remove the pit. Remove avocado halves from peel, and place in bowl with other ingredients. Add salt and lime juice. Using a fork, mix all the ingredients together, mashing the avocado during the process. *The key is to mash most of the avocado, while preserving some "chunks" for texture and taste. Add more salt/lime juice to taste.
