The fourth and final of four possible endings for Mass Effect 3 with the Extended Cut DLC downloaded and installed. This ending is the ultimate downside to the story, Once the refusal is set in the Reapers don't stop and the extinction cycle continues, but Liara's warning ultimately helps the next cycle beat the Reapers for good

The Game was played through on Insanity difficulty and the final mission was played with 97% galactic Readiness Rating, All main game missions had also been completed giving me an effective military strength of over 5000, Far more than the 3100 needed for the best possible ending. I simply reloaded the autosave each time to get each ending.
