In this video, we witness a fierce and exciting game of football(soccer) between two robots - the robot dog Bittle and the robot cat Lightyear Sox. The game takes place in our office, where we've set up a small football yard. Both robots are programmable and run on Arduino with the open-source quadruped framework OpenCat. This means you can control the robots via mobile/desktop apps and program advanced movements and tricks in C++ or Python.
As the game progresses, we see a lot of shots and combats between the two robots. Lightyear Sox, the robot cat, also participates in the game as the gatekeeper, and although he sometimes appears absent-minded, he manages to put up a great defense. Meanwhile, Bittle, the robot dog, is determined to win and showcases some amazing moves and scoring techniques.
If you're interested in getting your own robot dog, Petoi Bittle is currently available for sale on our website. From Aug 22 to 3, you can get 20% off your first purchase.
