Mango Talkari or Massala Mango is one of those dishes that is present at every Hindu prayers or on Divali day. It's usually accompanied with Paratha (Buss-up-Shut) Roti, Channa and Aloo and other Curried vegetables. It's a perfect mix of sweet and savory!

You will need:
2 Half-Ripe Mangoes (Cut in half, remove the seed and the clear film, then cut into long strips or small pieces)
Salt (to your preference)
1 tablespoon of oil (I used Avocado)
2 tablespoons Ground Garlic
1/4 cup of Shadon Beni/ Bandhania/ Culantro/ Recao, chopped finely
1 Scotch Bonnet Pepper, chopped finely
1/4 cup of Brown Sugar (more or less, depending on your preference)
4-5 tablespoons of Black Amchar Massala
