Ingredients
2 med Daikon or white radish
1-2 pc carrots
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup Apple cider vinegar
1 cup water
Punch salt
Mix sugar, vinegar, water and salt together in a pan. Stir until dissolve then boil. Keep aside to cool down.
Peel radish and carrots. Coarsely grate or slice thinly.
Put in a clean jar and add the brine. Cover and keep it for 4 hours before keeping in the fridge. It is best side dish for barbecues and fried foods. Thank you.
