This past week has been a struggle with depression, which if you’ve ever experienced it while trying to lose weight then you are very aware how difficult it is to stay on a diet plan during a low point. However, I really focused on reflection and used tips and tricks to get my mental health back on track in order to continue losing weight the healthy way. I can’t stress enough how important maintaining strong mental health is in order to be successful with weight loss. In this video I share a bit of my personal struggle and also some of the ways I have improved my mental health over the years. A light bulb lit up and I feel like I understand the core reason why I am overweight, and why gaining fat never bothered me as much as it should have.
