How to Build an Octagon Deer Hunting Blind Set with Compact Tractor on Elevator Brackets . Over the Winter I built a 6x6 octagon deer blind after being inspired by Brett Moravitz videos. This DIY Deer Blind was a fun DIY Project to do but did take some time. I'm not a carpenter and this isn't really a step by step guide to building an octagon deer stand but rather showing what I built, how I built it and how I set it in place with my compact tractor.
The tractor setting the deer stand is a John Deere 4310 30hp tractor with a set of HLA Attachment forks. I would estimate the stand weighs around 800ish pounds. Anyways I hope you enjoy the DIY Hunting Blind build and please let me know if you have any questions.
