Kerala Style Bird's eye chilli pickle or this pickle is called in Kerala as Kanthari Uppilttathathu is one the tastiest and spicy dish of the Kerala cuisine. Uppilttathathu is otherwise called brine or Salt solution which is used to preserve food. Apart from preservation Uppilttathathu is a delicacy by itself. This pickle takes 2 weeks to be marinated and it comes out great. It tastes good with rice. Do try out this recipe and let us know how it has come out.
